Morgan Schneiderlin Vs Vicente Iborra

With Everton’s defensive-midfield stalwart Idrissa Gueye sidelined through suspension, it’s expected that another protective player will replace him. Morgan Schneiderlin would be the natural replacement, although the men from Merseyside also have Nikola Vlasic or Davy Klassen waiting as capable understudies.

Schneiderlin’s opposite number for tomorrow, Vicente Iborra has really settled really well at Leicester City himself. His performances have not just improved, but they’ve been nothing short of controlling from the central midfield position.

He evokes the recent memory of expert-masterful-veteran Andrea Pirlo, something which Leicester City were deprived of since Danny Drinkwater’s injury last season, then departure for Chelsea.

Whichever player can win this particular battle, he could win the war of this almost ‘six pointer’ of a game with Leicester City sitting 15th in the Premier League, and Everton in the relegation zone.
