Wayne Rooney

The Toffees’ top scorer this season with four Premier League goals and one in the UEFA Europa League, Wayne Rooney is arguably the main man for Everton; however, despite the former Red Devils attacker’ decent goals-to-games ratio, his work rate is nowhere near as good.

Nonetheless, when it’s Wayne Rooney that you’re talking about, what comes to mind is goalscoring prowess, which he still has in him, as was evident in his wonder strike in the 5-2 defeat to Arsenal last week.

The other aspects of his game might be gradually disappearing, but if you give him a chance in or around the box, he’ll deliver, and that’s what Leicester City have to be wary of.
