The final man the east Midlands club are apparently after at the moment, is Josip Brekalo. A Croatian wingman who plays on Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg’s team, Brekalo is also on Leicester’s radar say The Sunday Mirror.

The 23-year-old right-footer is usually used as a left-winger, yet he can play on the right and is sufficient with his weaker foot. While City are searching endlessly for the eventual Riyad Mahrez replacement which might never occur, the intended in question doesn’t necessarily have to be left-footed. Though that requirement would be ideal.

For Wolfsburg, Brekalo netted on seven occasions last season, along with facilitating three times. Furthermore, the former Dinamo Zagreb wideman featured at the Euros for Croatia and in World Cup qualifiers.

Additional present Leicester-related transfer rumours include many prospects, for example Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson and Arsenal man Ainsley Maitland-Niles.

In other Foxes news, ticket and coronavirus information has been announced for the Charity Shield. Interestingly, Leicester City have been allocated 26,639 – which is 37 more seats than Man City.
