Leicester City vs Everton

An East Midlands team with nothing much to play for anymore, as previously discussed, welcome the Toffees to King Power Stadium this weekend. From a Leicester perspective, the occasion is a bit of a waste of time. Yeah, a place or two up the division means a few million difference; pocket change on this echelon. Additionally, finishing in the top half looks better. Yet it is almost academic for the Foxes at this stage of a relatively unsatisfactory campaign.

Nevertheless, the Leicester side which is chosen owes it the Blue Army to provide them with a display to be proud of. Frank Lampard’s men will be up for this one, so expect a tough match with goals. Everton will be raring to go by the 2pm kick-off. Eyes will be simultaneously on Emirates Stadium, as Arsenal entertain relegation threatened Leeds United.

Refereeing staff at KPS are as so: referee Craig Pawson; Dan Cook along with Eddie Smart are assistants; David Coote is fourth official. Lee Mason and Simon Beck will run VAR. Unfortunately the match will not be televised live in the United Kingdom, yet highlights will be on LCFCtv. Although you need to sign up to a free account, if you don’t already have one, in order to access the Foxes footage.
