Goal of the season

Timothy Castagne Vs Brentford – there were a lot of big contenders including the other goal involved in the home game against Brentford coming from James Maddison. However, Castagne’s goal edges it over Maddison’s for me because it was just so out of the blue that even the Belgian right back couldn’t believe he scored!

Player of the year

James Maddison – Leicester’s player of the year goes to the number 10 after he made 32 appearances, nine goals and five assists in the Premier League. Maddison has been key to the Foxes’ midfield making 15 goals and 9 assists in all competitions. There has been an increase in his work-rate and tackling ability since Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall started making a prominent appearance in the starting XI which is good to see as it shows he’s willing and ready to fight for his place in the team, and who doesn’t love some healthy competition.
