Leicester City continue to look for the return of their high flying form from last season as does star striker Jamie Vardy.
Despite Jamie Vardy’s stuttering start this season, his Leicester City teammate, Marc Albrighton believes it is only a matter of time until his fellow Fox gets back to his true form.
This time last season Vardy was already on a roll, but at the moment he only has two goals and an assist in the first eight matches of the season and is yet to score in October.

Albrighton has beaten Vardy to the score book in the Champions League as the wide player’s goal against Club Brugge only four minutes into their European debut has set a tone for their European campaign.
However, Albrighton believes that Vardy is not set to have a season where he does not get on a run and believes that with their coming fixtures in the next month there should be ample opportunity for the England international to get things going.

Even when Vardy is not scoring, he is an integral part of the Leicester attack said the winger in a recent quote from the Mirror:
"“Some strikers, if they’re not scoring, they might not do anything else for the team. But Vards brings so much more than that. His energy, running around, and he creates chances from lost causes. As long as he is doing that, I’m sure his goals will follow.”"
Leicester play host to Crystal Palace this afternoon and it will be important to see another home victory for the Foxes as they continue to try and recover from a rash of poor away performances in the Premier League.
If there is a time for Vardy to get his goal scoring boots back, it would be this weekend as Palace can be a tough and pesky opponent no matter where they are played.
