Safe Bet

When you spend £40 million on a player, there’s always an element of risk involved. In Gylfi Sigurdsson, Leicester City would be buying a world-class, proven player who has done wonders with Swansea City. Just imagine, if he could drive the Swans almost single handedly, what could he bring to Leicester City, who have a far better squad and more options up front.

It’s almost as if there’s no failing with Gylfi Sigurdsson – and that’s saying something. Few players would give the sense of assurance that he does, so why not pour it all on him and sit back relaxed?
