Daniel Amartey knows how to defend

In what was one of his few appearances as a centre-half for Leicester City, Daniel Amartey was probably the Foxes’ best player on the pitch.

Composed on the ball, solid and strong, the 22-year old demonstrated just what he can do if given his chance. Shakespeare is currently short of options at the heart of the defence, and the Ghanaian may just prove to be the player who fills that gap.

Say it quietly, but City’s young guns are very-very good.
