Leicester City’s stuttering start to the Premier League season continued in all its glory as the Foxes failed to pick up all three points, somehow managing a 1-1 draw against a dominant Huddersfield Town. Here’s what we learned at the John Smith’s Stadium:

Don’t complain about luck anymore

If Leicester City’s previous results were down to a lack of fortunes, you’d think that the 1-1 draw today serves as a fine compensation from the fortune Gods. The moment the game kicked-off, Huddersfield Town always seemed confident and comfortable, which should ideally be a rarity for a newly promoted side.

The hosts were allowed too much time on the ball, an awful lot of space and offered genuine generosity from most of Leicester City’s players, so one would think that it’s two points dropped for them. But for the referee’s incorrect offside call, the Foxes would have come away with a third consecutive defeat.
