Leicester City just can’t defend

No matter how much you do in the final third, if you’re not good enough at the back, you won’t win anything. Leicester City’s defence was a walking disaster today, as it has been for some time, so it’s no surprise to see them where they are.

Even the generally calm-headed and composed Harry Maguire had a game to forget, as he made a number of errors, one of which resulted in the third goal. Of course, you can’t expect him to be at the top of his game every week when others around him aren’t good enough.

Maybe it’s time Craig Shakespeare oversaw a change of system? A 3-5-2 might work.
