Managing Demarai Gray well

There’s no doubt about the fact that Demarai Gray is one of England’s brightest young prospects, who, if given regular chances, could easily outshine those who he has had to warm the bench for. Under both Claudio Ranieri and Craig Shakespeare, the England international has been treated somewhat carelessly, with game management often going missing in his case.

Yes, it could be said at the beginning, he wasn’t ready to be a regular feature of the Leicester City side, but now that he has spent a lot of time learning, it’s time for him to fly, and that’s only possible if Claude Puel uses him well.

If the new Leicester City manager does what the recent managers have with him, he’d be risking losing  a player with great potential, with a lot of clubs wanting to have him.
