Puel getting to know his starting eleven

The West Ham clash marked the first time the Frenchman has fielded an unchanged side. Shinji Okazaki had accompanied Vardy up top in a 4-4-2 formation but now with the rise of Demarai Gray and the central partnership of Vincente Iborra and Wilfried N’didi starting to reach new heights, Puel’s evolution is starting to take shape.

A progress which has showed a great deal of attacking intent although a sense of vulnerability at the back. They have scored five and conceded five in Puel’s four-game-tenure, but not for a lack of making chances.

Under his leadership they have created 23 chances meaning that they convert one in four, not the worst return but hardly a statistic which is going to land the Foxes a top seven finish.
