Leicester City win despite not playing too well – and that’s not bad

We’ve seen Leicester City losing despite being at their very best, but today, we saw them beat a higher-placed Burnley even though they didn’t play particularly well in a game that they were mostly wasteful in.

Burnley were all over Leicester for the better part of 90 minutes, but instead of wilting under pressure, the Foxes held their nerves and stuck to the job till the very end. Yes, they could have killed the game off and should never have been in the position that they were, but at the end, they got the three points, which is all that counts.
