A ten-man Leicester City survived a late scare to come away with a well-deserved point against Chelsea after Ben Chilwell was sent off late in the second half. Here’s what we learned from the goalless draw at Stamford Bridge:

How much is Riyad Mahrez really worth?

There are days when Riyad Mahrez looks like he can hardly manage to walk, but there also are days when the Algerian can make a 95-year old granny get up and mosh with all the ebullience there is left in her with his footballing excellence. Today was one such day as Mahrez continued his stunning form at Stamford Bridge, albeit without anything to show for it.

From his movement to his passing, all the aspects of his game were in perfect working order, making us all wonder if he is worth only £50 million at a time when a relatively unproven Virgil Van Dijk bags Southampton £75 million.

Surely, certainly, Leicester City have got to ask more for a player who possesses such talent and ability.
