Leicester City will face off against Peterborough United in the FA Cup on the weekend and the match will indeed be televised in the United States and the United Kingdom

Leicester City’s reward for defeating League One side Fleetwood Town in the third round of the FA Cup is the opportunity to travel to the ABAX Stadium to face another League One side in Peterborough United.

The Posh, as Peterborough are known, are eighth in the League One table but blew past Championship side Aston Villa in their last FA Cup tie thanks largely to two goals from their front man Jack Marriott. Their reward for smashing the Villans 3-1 is a chance to welcome a Premier League side to their 15,314-seat stadium.

Marriott is the danger man for The Posh and his 24 goals in all competitions have him linked to some Premier League clubs in the transfer window. Maybe he will get snapped up between now and Saturday and give the Foxes one less thing to worry about.

With a dozen other matches taking place on January 27th, one would not expect a tie with such a disparity to be featured, but the Foxes have the advantage of playing two and a half hours before everyone else.

There is only one match featuring two Premier League teams on the day as well but that is not until the last match of the day with Liverpool taking on West Bromwich Albion.

It will also be available on the Fox Sports Go app or at FoxSportsGo.com in the US if you are not fortunate enough to be near a television at kick-off.
