3 January Premier League transfers Leicester City should’ve hijacked

Naturally there would be money, wages and club preferences which would affect ideal incomings – but these are three recent premiership transfers which hypothetically may have boosted the Leicester City squad:

Before we begin, let us just explain these theories surrounding players whom my have been beneficial to Leicester City. It is, of course, purely speculative.

In other words: if you disagree that’s fine, but please can we have a respectful discussion about it on ‘football Twitter’, not just “he’s old and #?@£, what the #&?! are you on about?!”. Passion in football must continue, but unnecessary negativity and nastiness has no place.

Youri Tielemans was the only incoming transfer to the King Power Stadium in January. He came on loan from AS Monaco, with Adrien Silva going the other way. There was also a recall for in form winger Harvey Barnes form West Bromwich Albion.

In the Foxes squad there are two other definite areas in need of strengthening: right-back and striker. With this in mind, Foxes of Leicester are taking a close look at three internal Premier League movements from last month.

Some of which if targeted or hijacked by the Foxes, may have reinforced or improved Claude Puel’s roster.

There’s no denying the goal deficiency from forwards this season, so expect two bonus striker choices. Of course this is all academic due to the New Year window now being closed; subsequently the selections could be foresight for summer options or indicators of necessity.
