FINALLY: Leicester City player ratings for upcoming FIFA 20 are here
At last we can reveal the new Leicester City player ratings for EA Sports’ FIFA 20. There are, as usual, some surprises in store.
Yes! FIFA 20 is nearly here, and for someone who’s been playing it since ‘Road to World Cup ’98’, Foxes of Leicester feel the anticipation. It’s always interesting to see the new player ratings for world stars of overseas divisions. But, as Leicester City continue to improve generally, they too have some fascinating squad scores.
Independent assures its readers that EA Sports have promised that the brand new demo for the game will be downloadable on PS4 and Xbox today, September 10. With PC and Nintendo Switch having to bide their time until release date, on September 27.
Last season’s edition won acclaim, as most FIFA installments do. Although there is always heavy criticism for new versions that entail an engine upgrade. That was the case with FIFA 18. However many game players, in their critiques, made errors themselves. Sam Tighe of Bleacher Report for example wasn’t impressed with 19’s having no ‘L2 shield button’ – though it actually is included.
In FIFA 20 there is a new street football experience: EA Sports Volta Football. That will certainly be a great banter generator for groups of mates.
Leicester City player ratings FIFA 20
Kasper Schmeichel – 83, Danny Ward – 73, Eldin Jakupovic – 68, Ricardo Pereira – 82, Ben Chilwell – 79, Jonny Evans – 79, Filip Benkovic – 76, Wes Morgan – 75, Caglar Soyuncu – 76, Christian Fuchs – 73, Daniel Amartey – 73, James Justin – 69.
Wilfred Ndidi – 81, Youri Tielemans – 80, James Maddison – 79, Dennis Praet – 76, Marc Albrighton – 76, Papy Mendy – 75, Hamza Choudhury – 74, Matty James – 68, George Thomas – 65.
Jamie Vardy – 82, Ayoze Perez – 78, Harvey Barnes – 75, Demarai Gray – 75. Thanks to Leicester Mercury for those scores.
The biggest surprises, in this writer’s opinion, are the low scores of Hamza Choudhury – who is now legitimately rivaling Ndidi for the holding role. Along with Maddison’s particularly unrealistic evaluation; he is the player who made the most key passes in the Premier League in the previous campaign.
