Leicester City have turned into a different animal under Brendan Rodgers.

Since his arrival, the Foxes have been able to develop an identity and a discernible style of play, which the club has often stressed upon.

Leicester are no more the horribly unpredictable team that they were under Claude Puel or Craig Shakespeare.

You know what to expect of them on a given day and you know for a fact that they will not shy away from expressing themselves.

It is all down to Rodgers. There had been people who were not sure about his appointment, primarily because of his tactical naivety.

While tactically, he is still not the smartest yet, it has not affected the team’s results. Since he has taken over, Leicester have been the third best team in the Premier League in terms of the total points picked during that time.

Leicester’s tally of 31 points since February 26, 2019 is only bettered by Manchester City (46) and Liverpool (49), who are both obviously on another level to everyone else.

It is hard to argue against the fact that Leicester have been the third best team this season as well – they sit at third in the table anyway. If you analyse the overall aspects of their game, then they are quite ahead of Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur or any other team barring Liverpool and City.
