A very short but revealing drone video of Leicester City’s brand new training ground featuring beautiful pitches has been released.

Premier League football returns very soon, on June 17 to be exact. Arsenal versus Manchester City will kick-off proceedings. While the Leicester City faithful will have to wait three days more before the Foxes are back in action.

Leicester meet Watford at Vicarage Road for a clash with former-City boss Nigel Pearson. He is attempting to avoid relegation by keeping the Hornets in the top-flight. Many would say, including myself, that Pearson has done an excellent job in there. Just as he did on Filbert Way; especially in laying the foundations for the King Power side’s inexplicable title-win during the campaign following his departure in 2015.

Leicester City’s cutting-edge training facility

Speaking of laying groundwork, Leicester City’s stunning, state-of-the-art training ground is coming along beautifully. To be perfectly frank, some of the pitches there look better than many professional ones around the world.

The reported £100m the Foxes have spent on their new facility at Seagrave seems to be a fortune well spent. There is now even more chance that the squad will transfer to the new practice centre before next season, due to coronavirus likely delaying 2020/21. Judging by the work done, everything is going well.
