According to reports from France, Leicester City will beat Manchester United to Monaco left-back Fode Ballo-Toure, with talks set to open.

It’s certainly about time that Leicester City made their initial summer signing: with Ben Chilwell leaving, a deficiency of prowess on the right-side and another goalscorer needed, some would say making at least one purchase is imperative.

Obviously Foxes of Leicester will retain faith in manager Brendan Rodgers, along with the club’s recruitment department. However, being one of the last remaining Premier League sides yet to make a signing does not fill us with confidence. That is putting it mildly, to be frank.
