Leicester: Two transfer targets from Barcelona may be available

Both of the Leicester City transfer targets from Barcelona might be available to the Foxes when the summer window opens for business.

Yeah, that’s right: we, as Leicester fans, are now at the point where the club wanting not one but two signings from Barca isn’t a big deal. It feels good – doesn’t it!?

Nevertheless, whether the rumours are true or not remains to be seen. Not to mention if Leicester can pull of the deals. Especially whilst the Spanish giants attempt to extract from the King Power club well-earned funds siphoned from other superpower sides such as Manchester United and Man City.

Anyway, let’s get to the ‘substance’ or, more fittingly, the supposed details of the matter. The two players whom Leicester are apparently monitoring from Camp Nou, are Philippe Coutinho and Francisco Trincao.

You will be aware, if you read our speculation articles over the last year, that the Foxes are said to hold an interest in capturing Coutinho’s signature. Brendan Rodgers, manager of Leicester, brought the Brazilian to England with Liverpool and hearsay claims both are open to a reunion.
