Leicester City, a significant part of the disrupt

A team like Leicester City created history when they defied the odds to win the Premier League with a valiant effort. That hit a nerve of all the clubs that feel entitled to win the league each year. Within a few years, we saw that underdog mentality to reciprocate simply due to grit, belief, passion, and determination. Clubs like Atalanta, Napoli, West Ham, Sevilla, Ajax, and many others have competed with the big dogs of Europe and often have managed to humiliate them.

Feeling insecure, the prominent clubs have decided to create a more secure league where they will only earn € 3.5 billion annually. There is no chance of promotion or relegation. It’s the safest sanctuary to conserve the endangerment of these club’s fragile egos. The Super League aims at invalidating the lucrative desire of European Football. Without 12 of the prominent clubs competing in the UCL and UEL, the whole sport suffers.

The European National Leagues have stood in solidarity alongside FIFA and UEFA to condemn the disgusting idea of such a league that intends to suffocate football. The respective commissions have warned the involved franchises that they could be facing punishments for causing such turmoil.
