Man United v Leicester: OGS’ line-up admission to boost Foxes
Foxes of Leicester are looking forward to Manchester United v Leicester City, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made a significant line-up admission about a ‘weaker’ Red Devils line-up.
Leicester arguably have their two toughest matches upcoming consecutively: Man United on Tuesday at Old Trafford in the Premier League, and then Chelsea in a FA Cup final – which is massive for the King Power club.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on his potential side to play Leicester City
As you can see from the tweet below, BBC reporter Simon Stone quotes Solskjaer about his probable team for the visit of the Foxes on Tuesday. Stone’s post obviously indicates that changes will be made.
We are also aware that Man Utd have already solidified a top four place this season, following another comeback win versus Aston Villa at the weekend. However, Solskjaer will be pushing his men to finish as high as possible in the league and therefore take advantage of a better seeding for the UCL.
The only question that remains unanswered until 5pm on the day, knowing OGS will rotate, is what his actually starting line-up will be following the hint. Solskjaer is unhappy at having a trio of outings in such quick succession, incidentally.
Former Leicester star, Harry Maguire, has been ruled out by his current manager too; Solskjaer explained that they hope to have the England international available for the Europa League Final with Villarreal which isn’t until May 26.
"“We have a final to look forward to. Hopefully it will be with Harry Maguire, I don’t know.”Via Manchester Evening News"
FoL will now predict the Red Devils eleven to face the Foxes:
David De Gea; Alex Telles, Eric Bailly, Victor Lindelof, Brandon Williams; Donny Van De Beek, Namanja Matic; Juan Mata, Anthony Martial, Mason Greenwood; Edinson Cavani.
