Leicester City have appointed a new coach who has previously worked at Manchester United. Here Foxes of Leicester explain what his job entails.

Evidently Leicester’s brand new training facility and generally well-planned agenda is attracting better talent. But this time it isn’t athletes – it is a presumably top trainer. Paul McGuinness was at Man United for an impressive 23 years before leaving to work as a national coach with the English Football Association.

McGuinness is a specialist at preparing very promising younger footballers for the transition to Under23 teams and eventually professional life. For the Foxes, he will oversee LCFC’s U9s through to the U18 side. You can read more on the new post here.

Leicester City hero Wes Morgan with some wishful thinking

Ever since Leicester unfathomably lifted the Premier League trophy in 2016, folklore took off. There has been talk of a general film about the astounding Foxes triumph of nearly six years ago. And Wes Morgan recently chatted about the possibility.

According to various reports and stories over that time, Jamie Vardy will also receive a movie about his life; a major part of his tale obviously involves a record breaking season and of course being one of the more significant players in the conquest. Actors such as Thomas Law from The Bay – who actually follows FoL’s verified Twitter account – have been suggested for the role.

If former captain Morgan gets his rather fanciful way, then he’ll have amazing performer Idris Elba to play him in any feature. While the Jamaican is a statuesque appearing man, he is a fair bit of a blunderer. Meanwhile Elba is a debonair, dashing fellow who is hopefully the new James Bond.
