Stop watching so much Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV – being a Leicester City fan is the ultimate form of entertainment.

Do you want a abundance of emotions all fluctuating on a rollercoaster twice a week during your spare time? Well, you don’t need a streaming service to provide you with the most prominent amusement around. No. Leicester City Football Club can provide people with that viewing pleasure.

Obviously I don’t need to convince the existing Foxes fans of this fact. And I’m not only referring to the contemporary times, there’s never been a dull moment at Filbert Street or King Power Stadium. Neutrals should forget binging their favourite show and catch up on Leicester’s videotaped past.

Romance, action, drama, comedy, history, rich storytelling – it’s all there. The romantic element can be derived from a side in a city with a population of approximately only half a million people inexplicably winning the Premier League title. Meanwhile capturing the hearts of global football fans in the process. In fact, non-sport devotees even have a soft spot for the east Midlands side.

Action is obvious: just reference Jamie Vardy’s finishing, Steve Walsh in general, Riyad Mahrez’s or Frank Worthington’s silky skills, or the flying saves of Kasper Schmeichel on YouTube for confirmation. Entertainment for neutral viewers certainly transpires when defeating such teams as Manchester City 5-2 away and Man United 5-3 at home. Patson Daka will be a leading man in pending LCFC productions.

Naturally the drama occurs on a weekly basis from the training ground to the football grounds around England and Europe. Just see the Napoli loss and Legia Warsaw missing a 97th minute penalty to fit the sub-genre of tragic comedy.

What better story in sport has been told than the 2015/16 sequence, with the admirable Claudio Ranieri leading the Foxes to unimaginable glory. In part thanks to the foundation created by predecessor Nigel Pearson. Just incredible. The characters like Ranieri, Walsh and Vardy are extremely unique, as well.

All or Nothing Leicester City Edition

Surely it is also worth a shout to Amazon’s development team to make an All or Nothing: Leicester City edition!? That would be especially incredible if done or completed when Vardy was still on Filbert Way. Just imagine how awesome that show would be. Though the ownership of LCFC are particularly private so the chances appear slim to he fair.

Being a City fan, like my father and grandfather, has been a privilege – even when we’ve dropped down divisions – and I personally wouldn’t change the experience for anything! Of course it is not always an enjoyable affair that can leave you upset or frustrated, but it is never a boring adventure.
