It will surely be a tough outing, so remaining calm and understanding what role each individual is expected to play will be critical. On top of that, having a little aggression to go into challenges will be the difference between unsettling the opposition and losing. Well, here is a brief recap of injury news and our expected XI.

Leicester City are almost complete

The Northern Irish gaffer will be happy to say there are no further injuries ahead of their eagerly anticipated quarter final second leg tie. Boubakary Soumare, Wilfred Ndidi, Ayoze Perez, and Jamie Vardy were noticeable absences for the previous fixture.

Illness kept ‘Ayo‘ out of the matchday team. A mild injury removed ‘Bouba’ from consideration. Of Course, Ndidi remains a long-term absence from the squad. With an illness, we will hopefully see Perez back in the squad, though he will not be in the starting line-up.

According to the gaffer, ‘Vards’ has had an injection on his knee to try and alleviate the pain he gets from striking the ball at the moment.

"“That was last night. We’ll see over the course of the next week what effect that brings. Hopefully it can be positive news for us”"

The English striker is not going to start and is probably not going to feature in the PSV match. His injury is an annoying one, but one that can be managed, and we can get the dynamo back before our toughest league fixtures.
