The best XI

The line-up will be the best team possible. This is not just a prediction, it is almost etched onto stone. After a rotated side got passed a resurgent Crystal Palace, the first team is available to put in a shift against the Dutch club.

The team will undoubtedly look like this: Kasper Schmeichel, Ricardo Pereira, Timothy Castagne, Jonny Evans, Wesley Fofana, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Youri Tielemans, James Maddison, Harvey Barnes, Marc Albrighton, and Patson Daka.

The only point of contention could be which striker the gaffer relies upon. Though I believe ‘Nacho’ is a better finisher, I would content Daka provides a little more penetrative threat alongside Barnes, so would unsettle the defence more often.

With Noni Madueke out for the home side, it is for the travellers to put in a shift, unsettle the defence, take control of the tie, and win this match. Our European destiny is in our hands, and with this team, we have a winning squad.

Hot. LCFC should try to sign these 3 players. light
