It was groundhog day for Leicester City once again as Foxes fans watched their side throw away more points in the last minute. Having led through Harvey Barnes in the fifth minute, LCFC conceded in the 92nd minute to a deflected Richarlison shot. Leicester City have now dropped 29 points from winning positions which is an infuriating statistic. More worryingly, the failure to record wins and see out games is an ominous sign ahead of the Conference League Semi-Final. FOL now assesses how the players rated after yet another disappointment.

Leicester City goalkeeper and defenders

Kasper Schmeichel: 6/10- Had little to do for much of the game and had two regulation saves to make. Distribution was alright but nothing to write home about and he had little chance with Everton’s late goal.

Ricardo Pereira: 7/10- Did well and Leicester City look visibly better with him in the side. Heavily involved in the build-up for the goal and dealt reasonably well with Demarai Gray in defence. Willing to get forward but not always able to deliver the end product.

Wesley Fofana: 7.5/10- A good performance in general from the young Frenchman with Fofana winning 7 aerial duels, the most of either team. It was a shame that Leicester conceded so late to blemish what had been a strong defensive display.
