As one of only two remaining outfield players standing from the title-winning campaign, along with Jamie Vardy, Albrighton finds himself in the unique position of being one of the club’s most successful current players. Naturally, the more distant a memory that 15/16 season became, a new generation of young talent emerged around him, with the wide man no longer being the future of the club.
