James Maddison is the top prospect from our outfit that we are confident of thriving in this edition of the FPL.
Unlike last season the 25-year-old doesn’t have to start the season with a recurring ailment. A hip injury severely impacted some performances initially, but the sluggish start coupled with an underwhelming season for the Foxes was not enough to extinguish Maddison’s prowess from achieving his personal best.
With a tally of 181 pts already under his belt, we fully expect the LCFC attacking midfielder to do even better than his last outing. Furthermore, Leicester City’s player of the season was ranked fifth in the FPL’s midfielder category.
Astonishingly, the Leicester No.10’s price has remained the same. A price tag of £8million is a deal worthy of becoming a bang for your buck. The TSB (Teams Selected By) for him is at 6.4%.
Even with his outstanding credentials during the 2021/22 season, he got omitted from Gareth Southgate’s English national team. So expect him to play this season because he has a point to prove.

Jamie Vardy is always an ideal pick from the East Midlands outfit. The talisman has scored 150+ points in his last six out of seven campaigns, crossing the elusive 200 thresholds twice. There is a minimal chance of anything going wrong with the Fox in the box, even at this age.
