Hull 0-4 Leicester City: Player ratings as Foxes cruise to victory
Patson Daka – 8
The Zambian striker made a couple of minor errors here and there but well and truly made up for it with a delightful goal from the edge of the box. When Hull passed the ball around the back, Daka often made his presence felt with solid pressing to force mistakes from the hosts.
James Justin – 7.5
The English international made his presence felt from the moment he stepped on the pitch with great passes and crosses to open up Hull’s defence. Justin helped set up the third goal with a cross-filed pass towards Marc Albrighton and Maddison, who combined to set up the third goal for Wesley Fofana.
Ricardo Pereira – 7
The Portuguese defender showed some signs of rustiness, which is to be expected, but he also made a couple of inviting crosses into the penalty area, which were not converted. For the most part, Pereira was strong defensively and was only beaten on a couple of occasions.
Jonny Evans – 7.5
The captain in the second half put in a strong performance and led from the back. He made important tackles when needed and looked sharp when he was on the ball.
