Dyche became the manager of Burnley in 2012. After two seasons with the team, he got them promoted to the Premier League. Despite getting relegated in his first Premier League season, Dyche would get them promoted again the next season and they never saw Championship football while he was there. The Clarets even competed in the Europa League in 2018.

Dyche’s Burnley teams were known for the defensive style of play. Though Leicester City would hopefully not play as defensively, Dyche would be able to address our defensive issues. Set-pieces would hopefully be addressed finally and he’d get the most out of Evans, Soyuncu, and Amartey. With the LCFC signing young defender Wout Faes, Dyche would help out his development significantly.

Mauricio Pochettino

Probably the biggest name we could realistically bring in, Pochettino is a very successful manager. Despite the lack of trophies won, Pochettino has won 292 of his 598 matches coached, giving him a 48.83 per cent win percentage. Pochettino has managed two clubs in England and he most recently was in charge of Paris Saint-Germain. Pochettino first took charge of Southampton six months after they were promoted to the Premier League. He was able to help that squad finish 14th in the league and not get relegated.
