The following season, Southampton would end up finishing eighth in the league. This was enough to impress Tottenham Hotspurs and they brought him in the following summer for his most successful run as a manager.

Pochettino plays a high pressing, attacking style of football. This would benefit players like Jamie Vardy, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, and Wilfred Ndidi. His 4231 or 433 formations would work out very well for the team. Pochettino has managed some of the biggest names in the game. He would definitely get the most out of our players.

Marcelo Bielsa

By far the most experienced on the list, Marcelo Bielsa first started his managing career when he became the Newell’s old boys manager in 1991. Ever since that Bielsa has had runs managing Argentina & Chile’s national teams and Atheltic Club. Bielsa is known for his most recent run with Leeds. He first started with the team with 2018. After two seasons he was able to bring Leeds to the Premier League.

They would get off to a cracking start as they finished ninth in the league their first season up. An unfortunate runs with injuries and form lead to Bielsa getting sacked during the following season. He is too good of a manager for Leicester to not look at. Bielsa’s teachings have produced some of the best technicians to grace the game. Just imagine what he could do with James Maddison. His pressing style would certainly benefit our midfielders and defensive line.
