Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 5/10 – Like Youri Tielemans, he handed possession back to Manchester United countless times. Did have one solo run at goal early into the second half, but no one was upfield to support him.

James Maddison: 6/10 – Tried to make things happen, winning fouls in dangerous areas. One of his free-kicks was pushed away by de Gea, but aside from this, was kept quiet by McTominay and Eriksen.

Harvey Barnes: 6/10 – Wasn’t his best performance, but I’ll give him credit due to the fact he was the only player willing to take an opponent on, getting Dalot booked in the first half. Probably our best attacking threat, and he wasn’t one if that makes any sense.

Jamie Vardy: /10 – Another lacklustre performance by our talisman, wasn’t provided with any service but the game seemed to just pass him by. At times it felt like we were playing without a striker.

Substitutes and manager

Kelechi Iheanacho: 5/10: Was brought on too late for the striker to make an impact for LCFC.

Patson Daka: N/A

Brendan Rodgers: 2/10 – Another abject performance that will surely have him on the brink. We don’t even do the basics anymore. We’re too easy to play against, so passive in and out of possession and teams don’t even need to penetrate us, they just wait for our inevitable mistakes. The way that he passes the blame to anyone but himself doesn’t help fan frustration. If he stays, we go down.
