Additionally, in his post-match press conferences I’ve noticed how he bangs on about how we have the same team from two years ago and we’re lacking quality?! I’m sorry but if you look at the bench from yesterday’s game you’ve got a golden boot winner, Premier League winner, Belgium International and Club players’ player of the year to name just a few. Brendan is just so negative in these press conferences too, ‘oh we’re looking for 40 points now and we need to reach safety’ yeh through no fault of your own though is it and blaming the players as well! I feel sorry for all those players, god if this is what he’s like in his press-conferences, I dread to think of what the dressing room is like.

Another thing I took note of last night is on Leicester City’s official Twitter page they were very quiet, usually they post about the match report etc etc but last night the last thing that was posted was a post thanking the fans, usually it’s quiet before a manager is sacked so fingers crossed this is the sign we were hoping for.

As the chant goes “through the good times and the bad we’ll always back the lads”, thank you for the European football, FA Cup and Community Shield Rodgers but it’s time you got looking for another job.
