With EA Sports’ latest installation of the FIFA series just around the corner, Foxes of Leicester takes a look at Leicester City’s three best and worst rated players in the game.

Leicester City’s three best rated players:

1. Jamie Vardy – 85

Leicester City’s main talisman is once again the Foxes’ best player with an impressive overall rating of 85. However, Vardy’s rating has gone down by one since FIFA 23 and his pace has also been reduced.

The 35-year-old’s card is a distant shadow of previous years, after once being one of the fastest players in the game, Vardy now has a pace rating of just 84. Despite his pace slowing down to the point where his base card will be unusable in Ultimate Team after the first couple of months, the former England international still boasts impressive shooting stats with 90 finishing and 87 shot power.

2. Wilfred Ndidi – 84

Another LCFC player to receive a downgrade in FIFA 23. The Nigerian international has been downgraded by one rating in this year’s edition. Ndidi’s best attribute is his defending, which has a rating of 85, two less than what he had in FIFA 22.

The only other main attribute which is rated above 80 is his physicality, which is 83 rated. The defensive midfielder’s four other main attributes are all rated below 75, with his shooting the worst, with 62.
