Leicester City proved that their win against Nottingham Forest was a false dawn with a dour defeat away to Bournemouth.

Despite going 1-0 up within the first 15 minutes, Leicester did not build on this and looked more content to sit back rather than find the killer second goal. Eventually, a combination of this and some questionable substitutions led to Bournemouth turning the game on its head in the space of five minutes. Leicester City after that were unable to muster any serious reaction, leaving the Foxes 19th and deep in trouble. Here are the player ratings from another miserable performance:

Goalkeeper and defenders

Danny Ward: 5/10- He was not completely at fault for any of the goals, being harsh the first was straight at him but was powerfully struck. Unfortunately, he just looks unconvincing, emphasised by his jump out for the second goal.

Timothy Castagne: 7/10- A reasonably good performance from the right-back who held width effectively and looked dangerous getting in behind. Was taken off to his confusion which contributed to Leicester City’s downfall.

Jonny Evans: 5/10- Not a great performance from the skipper who made his displeasure at his teammates well-known. However, he has to take some of the blame himself with some poor passing and at times giving away sloppy fouls.
