James Justin: 7.5

Good progressive runs into the oppositions shown in the first period while also displaying brilliant balls into the box and some wonderful long diagonal balls as an attempt to unlock the low block deployed by Crystal Palace. Justin also showed brilliant one-on-one defending throughout the contest.

Boubakary Soumare: 7

Was an integral part of a dominant midfield performance for the Foxes, repeatedly breaking up the oppositions play whether that be through tactical fouls or winning individual duels. A very solid showing.

Youri Tielemans: 7.5

An excellent display of ball retention, playing the lines to break in order to beat the oppositions press and masterfully fulfill is defensive roles as a right sided 8.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 7

After a quiet first half it was the Dewsbury-Hall Leicester fans know and love in the second. Leading the press superbly causing Crystal Palace to relinquish possession by having to play long aimless balls up the pitch. While also exhibiting expert ball progression and link up play with Harvey Barnes, a much improved performance.

James Maddison: 7

Struggled to get on the ball in the first period, but came to life in the second congruently with the Foxes dominating possession, he was is back to his influential self in the second. The only thing missing from this performance was that clinical nature in and around the final third to provide or score the winner.
