Leicester City 0-0 Crystal Palace: three things Foxes of Leicester learnt
By Alice Wright
Leicester City drew 0-0 at the King Power Stadium against Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.
The point earned, took the Foxes off the bottom of the Premier League table to 19th place, leaving them level on points (five), with Nottingham Forest, but ahead because of a minus nine goal difference, compared to -15 for Forest, after they lost 1-0 against Wolves on Saturday afternoon.
12th place Crystal Palace were looking for another win to add to their second triumph of the season against Leeds on Sunday 9th October. City were still searching for a way to end their poor run of form, after only winning one game so far against local rivals, Nottingham Forest.
Fans thoughts on Brendan Rodgers
Speaking to a couple of fans before the game, it became clear that all of them were in agreement that they want Brendan gone:
"One Leicester City fan said, “I don’t want to see the guy leave, especially after he won us the FA Cup – but his time is up. ”Also fans turning on Top I think is wrong, people don’t realise his business (King Power) is suffering from covid”."
