Leicester City 2-0 Leeds United: 3 players who impressed
By Alice Wright
You can see how much the Frenchman’s confidence has grown and his technical ability on the ball. Paris Saint-Germain’s former youth always seemed to find himself in space in the middle of the park and was there to pick up sloppy passes from Leeds players allowing Leicester to capitalise on this and also to retain possession. We feel the 23-year-old was unfortunate to be taken off in the 64th minute, however this could have been a precautionary as he was on a yellow card or it could have been a fitness issue, he’s been seen doing extra stretches before kick-off which could suggest he wouldn’t be able to last the full 90 minutes.
Next, Leicester will face Wolves at the Molineux Stadium on Sunday afternoon, in a Midlands bottom-of-the-table scrap to climb out of the relegation zone. Having never won at Wolves’ home ground in the Premier League, the east Midlanders will be looking to get back-to-back wins and add to their 17 goals scored, which is more than Chelsea and Manchester United. Wolves, on the other hand, will be looking to improve on their five goals scored in the Premier League so far.
