All upcoming World Cup games involving Leicester players

Belgium vs Morocco – Sunday November 27 – 1pm GMT
With Daniel Amartey in action today for Ghana, half of the remaining Leicester City players to feature this weekend will be involved in this crucial Group F fixture, after Timothy Castagne and Youri Tielemans featured in Belgium’s unconvincing victory of Canada last night.
It was a particularly underwhelming evening for the latter, who was substituted at half time and humiliated by a quick change of direction from his opponent Alphonso Davies. Castagne however played the full 90 minutes as Belgium scraped to a 1-0 victory, which even the most optimistic and enthusiastic Red Devil would struggle to argue they deserved.
Davies himself missed a first half penalty for the Canadians, who would argue they should have been awarded at least two more spot kicks, and at least a point for their efforts as they outplayed their experienced opponents. Wout Faes did not get a kick, much to the dismay of many on social media who lamented the inclusion of the Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen in his place.
Faes will have a right to feel aggrieved, after a shaky defensive performance from those chosen ahead of him, and may feel that Sunday is his chance to shine if given the opportunity. Since his arrival at the King Power Stadium, it is not an understatement to suggest he has been one of the best defenders in the division, but it may just have come too late for a starting berth at this tournament.
