Leicester City captain Jonny Evans on Abu Dhabi training and promoted youth starlets

Evans recently talked about the tough double practice sessions. Yet the Northern Ireland international labelled the experience as unique whilst he and the remainder of the LCFC roster are in Abu Dhabi, the Emirati capital.

Furthermore, returning to the testing time in the heat, the 34-years-old suggests he’s merely trying to get through the difficulty of fitness training. Though he understands sharpness will benefit the team endlessly.

The former Manchester United centrehalf also wanted to note the manager’s due diligence. Rodgers gave the players not in Qatar two weeks off before jetting out to the camp, with prior notice. Evans spent quality time with his family; some of the extended side played friendly games during their brief vacations.
