Leicester must stop these three Man United stars

If LCFC wants to compete with Rashford, they need defensive midfielders playing. If we send out a midfield of James Maddison, Youri Tielemans, and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, we will get torched by Rashford.

Lisandro Martinez

If it wasn’t for Erling Haaland, Lisandro Martinez would probably be the Premier League signing of the season. He heard all of the short jokes and took them personally. Martinez has been brilliant the whole season. His crazy vertical makes up for his lack of height. Along with that, his defense is impeccable. The Argentine defender can mark whoever is in front of him, stand or slide tackle, and clear any shot that is going toward the goal.

His 18 blocks are ninth in the league, 77 blocks are 12th, and his 39-headed clearances are 18th. He’s 5’9” and in the top 20 for headed clearances! Along with his impressive solo stats, United is currently in second place in the league with nine clean sheets. The foxes have some fantastic attacking players. However, Martinez will arguably be their toughest challenge of the season. Kelechi Iheanacho vs Martinez will be a battle for the ages.
