Leicester City lost 3-0 against Manchester United. Here are our Foxes player ratings.

Leicester City goalkeeper and defenders

Danny Ward – played out from the back and launched balls out to Castagne, almost seemed to shy away from making saves at times, allowed Rashford too much of the goal for his first on the scoresheet, also made it too easy for his second goal.

Timothy Castagne: 6 – was up and down the right wing constantly during the first-half, was past his man every time, made some really important defensive tackles. In the second-half he struggled to have the same impact down the wing.

Harry Souttar: 6 – made so many important defensive blocks to deny United of some good opportunities, he came close to finding the net himself when his header from a corner skimmed over the bar, made sure he was first to the ball. Played a lovely through ball to Castagne. The second-half was more difficult for him when United came out in full force, constantly attacking the Leicester box. He also played Rashford onside for the first goal.

Wout Faes: 5 – made lots of important defensive tackles and headers, ran across to cover for Kristiansen at times, made two sliding tackles to prevent United from getting into the box but was booked for his second tackle on Bruno Fernandes, gave the ball away for Rashford’s first goal.
