Victor Kristiansen: 6 – not as good as he has been in previous games but still showed leadership by encouraging the defence to push up the pitch when Leicester were out of possession. Not afraid to overlap with Barnes when Leicester had the ball in United’s half. Made many important blocks to deny United from crossing the ball. He also whipped a few balls into the box too.

Nampalys Mendy: 6 – picked up the ball in the middle, played a probably unintentional one-two off a United player, wasn’t afraid to slide in to stop the Red Devils on the counter. In the second-half, he showed some incredible skill to slide in and win the ball twice off two Manchester United players but was unfairly awarded a yellow card for a foul.

Midfielders and Striker

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall: 6 – does the dirty work, picked up the second balls, came in behind a United player in front of the Leicester goal and stole the ball off him very easily, had a good chance in front of goal but the ball sliced past the post. Played some nice balls into Maddison’s feet. James

Maddison: 6 – won a lot of balls in the middle, helped to create space for opportunities as well as playing others in on goal.
