Foxes of Leicester predict Dean Smith’s Leicester City lineup for the absolutely vital match versus Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.

Hello and welcome to a rather concerned Foxes of Leicester. Why are we worried? Well, obviously Leicester City Football Club’s situation has declined severely over the last few months. So bad was deterioration that LCFC-trusted Brendan Rodgers was dismissed from his position as manager, supposedly through a mutual decision. Performances at least remained as bad whilst Mike Stowell and Adam Sadler took temporary charge. The pair of makeshift Premier League head coaches cannot be blamed for a couple of losses after the state the side was left in.

Dean Smith was installed for the final few matches in order to attempt to keep the Foxes aloft. Relegation from the EPL can be disastrous for teams; some outfits have never recovered from dropping divisions, even disbanding. Although, I am not a doom-monger. If anything I am alerting the fans, and hopefully players, to the need for drastic on-pitch efforts and spectator support. Next up is Wolves, another who has struggled.

Predicted Leicester City XI for Wolverhampton Wanderers fixture

While the King Power group’s Midlands rivals are now up to the lofty height of 13th position in the English top-flight, they sit on a mere 34 points. Therefore WWFC are not yet safe; 40 points is the traditional total that managers aim for at the wrong end. Expect a feisty clash between the two.

With respect to Leicester team news, Jonny Evans is probably unavailable due to illness. James Justin is back training but was not included in the PL squad; Ryan Bertrand is at the final stage of recovery. Smith says the game comes too soon for Harvey Barnes. Jannik Vestergaard is out for the remainder of the campaign. FoL’s expected lineup is below:

Harvey Barnes return date as Leicester player ruled out for season. dark. Next

Daniel Iversen; Wout Faes, Harry Souttar, Caglar Soyuncu; Victor Kristiansen, Timothy Castagne; Wilfred Ndidi, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall; Youri Tielemans, James Maddison; Kelechi Iheanacho.
