This is the amount of points Foxes of Leicester believe Leicester City will manage to obtain from their four remaining Premier League fixtures. The Foxes are battling for EPL survival against several other struggling sides in and around the relegation zone.

It’s one down and three to go in Leicester’s peculiar run involving a quartet of Monday fixtures. The succession began with an anticlimactic draw versus Everton at King Power Stadium. While the Toffees had plenty of opportunities to win the match thanks to a fragile LCFC defence, the home team effectively dropped two points.

Fulham, Liverpool and Newcastle United complete the trio of early week outings for Dean Smith’s men. That is quite the daunting set of games; only by theoretically adding Arsenal and Manchester City could the test be any tougher. West Ham United, who are also striving to avoid the drop down to the Championship, are the Leicestershire outfit’s final opponents of the 2022/23 season. Presently the east Midlanders avoid demotion due to goal difference, sitting 16th place on 30 points. Southampton seem relegated already; Nottingham Forest and Everton may well find themselves in and out of the three lowest spots before the campaign ends.

The trip to Fulham on May 8 feels absolutely pivotal for City. A result here, even a draw, would strengthen their position slightly. Though the boost in confidence that outcome or a win would generate is invaluable to the cause of staying up. Will that happen? Well, Marco Silva is an astute manager who is adroit in gaining points against what are considered bigger clubs. I predict deadlock.

Evidently LCFC will be lucky to get anything from Newcastle’s St. James’ Park. However, I think the Liverpool contest could be another stalemate. For me, the Foxes’ entire season comes down to the last match with West Ham. By my calculations and expectations, that one is must-win. It takes place at KPS and I believe Leicester can do it! That makes four or possibly five points.
