Should Everton draw, then a win for the Foxes sees us climb to Premier League safety on goal difference, with Leeds also able to climb above the Toffees if they achieve a striking multi-goal win. Leeds cannot climb above the Foxes unless they won by a never before seen stomping above 10 goals to nil.

In the event Everton lose, the same situation applies. Leicester have to win, but do not need the goal difference to go ahead. Leeds would also have to win to go ahead of Everton. In the event the Foxes fail to win, the best they can hope for is 18th spot, which can be claimed with a draw, loss, or win depending on results elsewhere.

Bad news for rivals

The Mirror claims Everton have received devastating injury news ahead of their finale. They ideally have to win to confirm their place with no reply, but will likely be without two key starters on top of existing injuries.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Nathan Patterson could be unavailable for the tie. With such crucial players out of the picture, Sean Dyche will need to be inventive to create enough chances to seal the victory. Otherwise, both the King Power Club and Elland Road Club will be breathing down their necks.
