Predicted Leicester City XI

Goalkeeper and Defenders

Mads Hermansen: The Danish goalkeeper overcame an injury to return to the side on Saturday after he missed the away trip to Huddersfield. Hermansen had very little to do against Cardiff but was called into action on the odd occasion to make a couple of crucial saves.

Ricardo Pereira: The Portuguese right-back looks set to stay at the club as the deadline edges closer and will likely operate in the midfield for most of this fixture as Leicester will dominate possession.

Wout Faes: The Belgian has been linked with a move away but at this stage a deal looks unlikely and the January signing has started the season very well.

Jannik Vestergaard: Vestergaard’s Leicester career looked dead and buried two months ago but a new manager and an injury to Conor Coady has given the Dane the opportunity to reinvent himself. He has started well this season and with the Foxes lacking depth at the back it is not expected that he will leave.

Callum Doyle: The Manchester City loanee has fit straight into this system seamlessly. After impressing last season at Coventry Doyle has picked up right where he left off and looks to be a good bit of business.
