Foxes of Leicester comment as a Leicester City striker is targeted for a transfer. It would be surprising if any Foxes stars exit King Power Stadium in January as the Premier League a definitely attainable target. In addition, FoL provide an injury roundup before the Watford match. Which LCFC players are available for action and who is sidelined?

With a return to the EPL not quite in sight but certainly appearing distantly in the horizon, there is not much point in transferring away in the new year. Unless a huge club with guaranteed European football came knocking, staying in Leicestershire seems an appealing proposal to me. Even if someone like Wilfred Ndidi did go to Barcelona – very unlikely to happen – there is no guarantee that he’ll be an active substitute. Let alone that he’d be in the starting lineup!

There is not much speculation around the media concerning departing Foxes at the moment. But there is always time for the rumour mill to begin whirring. One asset of the east Midlands side has been connected with a possible move for a good while now. Some of us in the Blue Army expected Kelechi Iheanacho to leave in the summer. Or, at least, knew that the scenario was a distinct possibility. However, the Nigeria international stayed and is integral to manager Enzo Maresca in spite of sharing a dual sole attacker role with the illustrious Jamie Vardy. Iheanacho is currently the subject of supposed interest from Turkey. Will Fenerbahce get their man? Read more here.
